Topic:  An Evening of Agile Topics and MiniWorkshop

Facilitator: Linda Meserve, CSPO, CSM, ECBA

Do the words  “use case” seem daunting to you? Does the phrase "user story" inspire trepidation?  How much detail is enough?  Join IIBA Denver for a mini-workshop on the subject.  We will look at the elements of a good user story and a good use case.  Then we will walk through the process together and you will walk away with your own well-written examples!

Linda Meserve has been analyzing and explaining how things work since childhood. With ECBA Level 1, CSM, and CSPO certifications in hand, she has a knack for asking the right questions at the right time with just the right amount of humor. Currently, Linda is on contract with a major financial company and serves as President of IIBA Denver.

Format will be brief presentations, followed by a small team workshop.

Others: $10 at the door (cash suggested)

1) a currently paid up member of IIBA International, and
2) a currently paid up member of the IIBA Denver Chapter
